About these terms

This website is operated by Harrison Martin, an independent artist trading as hmom.art, based in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. By using this website or placing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, contact me at harrison@hmom.art before completing a purchase.

Original artworks

Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Once an original is sold, it will be marked as such on the site and is no longer available for purchase.

• All sales of original artworks are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on original works under any circumstances.

• Dimensions, framing details, and medium are listed accurately for each work. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

• Originals are shipped with care using appropriate protective packaging. Once the work has left my hands and been confirmed as received in good condition, responsibility for the work transfers to the buyer.

• Shipping costs and timeframes will be confirmed directly with the buyer prior to dispatch. I will always use tracked and insured shipping for original works.

• A certificate of authenticity and care card are included with every original artwork.

Limited edition prints

Prints are produced as numbered limited editions on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm archival paper — a museum-quality substrate used by galleries worldwide. Each print is signed and numbered by hand.

• The print edition window opens and closes on the dates stated on this website. Once the window closes, no further prints of any work in this series will ever be produced. This is a permanent and unconditional commitment.

• Prints are produced on demand after the edition window closes. Please allow up to three weeks from the close of the window for your print to be produced and dispatched.

• You will be notified by email when your print has been dispatched, along with your edition number confirmed in writing.

• All print sales are final. Due to the on-demand nature of production, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

• In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged in transit, please contact me at harrison@hmom.art within 48 hours of receiving it with photographic evidence. I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

• Each print is shipped flat in rigid protective packaging or rolled in a reinforced tube, with tracking included.

• A certificate of authenticity and care card are included with every print order.

Pricing and payment

All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, however any order placed and confirmed at a given price will be honoured at that price.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I do not store or have access to your payment card details at any time. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's own terms of service.

Shipping

I ship to Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed directly for original artwork purchases. All orders are sent with tracking and, where appropriate, insurance.

I take every care in packaging your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched and tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the work passes to the buyer. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Copyright and intellectual property

All works displayed on this website — including original artworks, limited edition prints, photographs, and written content — are the sole intellectual property of Harrison Martin and are protected under Australian and international copyright law.

• Purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights to the buyer. You are purchasing the physical object only.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or use any image of any work from this website for any commercial or public purpose without my prior written permission.

• Personal, non-commercial photography of a purchased work for social media is welcome — I only ask that you credit @hmom.art when sharing.

Care and condition

A care card is included with every order. I strongly encourage all buyers to follow the care instructions provided. Once a work has been delivered in good condition, I accept no liability for damage arising from improper handling, display, framing, or storage by the buyer or any third party.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Harrison Martin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any work. My total liability in any matter arising from a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the relevant item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or a purchase made through it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any order already placed and confirmed will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of that order.
